Pomerelle Mountain Star Party
Saturday, August 23rd

The Magic Valley Astronomical Society, Centennial Observatory, Herrett Center for Arts and Science and Pomerelle Mtn. Ski Resort will be co-hosting our second annaul mountain top star party. Events include: Bottle Rocket Build and Launching Solar Observing Safe viewing of the solar surface with special solar filtered telescopes. Astronomy talk by Chris Anderson. Night star gazing from the top of Pomerelle via the ski lifts.
